Bike Camp - Park City, UT
May 31- June 5, 2005

High Altitude Bike Camp Park City, Utah

Join Alex Stieda and Marty Jemison for a high altitude training experience scheduled for early June 2005. Marty Jemison won 2 US National Championships on the road and finished the Tour de France in both 1997 and 1998 when he raced for U.S. Postal. We feel that by bringing two champions together your high altitude training experience will benefit you well into your cycling career.

We will spend around 3-5 hours/day riding at a base level intensity (long steady distance). A lactate threshold test will be scheduled and subsequent training regimes will be designed by both Alex and Marty. If your training program at the time is more advanced, you will be able to extend your rides or add prescribed intervals.

Highlights:

Lactate Threshold Test
Resort accommodations
Farewell dinner
Clif Bars, power snacks, drinks and bottled water.
Daily maps of the routes and training tips from Marty
MJCT water bottle

Air departure from Salt Lake City airport on Sunday, June 5.
